The out of school club was formed in September 2001 as a response to parental need. Parents wanted a school based service where their children could be looked after before and after school. With the help of Mrs Elizabeth Jones, we were successful in bidding for lottery funding to enable us to establish and support club during the first year. Our aims were to provide play centered experiences which children would enjoy. We hope we have succeeded! Our club supervisor is Ms Susie Hancock and the staff are people we know well, many have other jobs in school. It is very popular and we are oversubscribed. It certainly met a need!
